The house is available on Saturday after 6 p.m. until the following Saturday until noon. The house is rented on a weekly basis.
| Paros rental.
Reservation and payment: to see if the house is available, contact
korzekwa at gmail dot com. A 15% deposit
is required and, if the reservation is cancelled, is not refundable.
A month before the date of rental, another 15% is required which, however,
is refundable in case of cancellation. La Sussurata is completely furnished with all the necessities for daily life. Internet: The house has an ADSL connection. Animals: There is space for small animals in hopes that the animals are well disciplined. And there are many cats that live in the area. The house: The house is roughly 80 sq meters. The house is divided
on two levels. The downstairs has an open space livingroom-kitchen,
a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The upstairs has the master
bedroom and another bathroom. La Sussurata has air-conditioning in the living room and upstairs bedroom but is seldom used because all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen has an electric stove and oven as well as a toaster, blender and, naturally, refrigerator. There is also a small washing machine. The house is of recent construction thus there are two bathrooms, spacious in terms of local standards. Both bathrooms have showers. Location: La Sussurata is located in Parikia, the main town of Paros. It is in the southern part of the town, 50 meters from the sea near a tiny port beneath the second windmill. The beach near the house has fixed umbrellas provided by the municipality. However, La Sussurata has 2 sunbeds and an umbrella that are easy to transport. Cleaning. We ask that the house is clean and in the condition it was found in. La Sussurata is located behind the piazza of the church Zoodochou Pigis. Here there is a mini market, a grocery shop, and a car rental. This area also marks the end of the “paralia”, waterfront the hosts some of the islands many restaurants, bars and tavernas. Arrival: There are flights from Athens and the airport is a 10 – 15 minute distance from Parikia. From Pireaus, the are boats daily that arrive directly at Parikia. The port is an easy walk (c. 8 minutes) to La Sussurata. |
