muy
marcottage |
"Muy Marcottage" exhibition at M'ARTE Limited resources. Luckily, in the past few years, many people have decided to utilize what they have to make something new, functional and beautiful. Muy Marcottage. Originally, I called my reconstructed clothes simply “Marcottage” but one day, while listing to The Kumbia Kings, I decided to add the “muy” meaning “very”. Thus “Muy Marcottage.” |

"los zumbidos" |
This is a huipil dress I
made from some of my "clothes in the closet." At the time
I made this dress, my son, Sergio, was travelling in Chiapas. He hadn't
checked in for a long time and I was, obviously, very worried. He finally
resurfaced and had started playing with a band, Los Zumbidos. |
